Christian is a highly energetic, intrapreneurial business professional with several years of banking experience, including relationship management and leadership in the commercial segment as well as integrated markets.

His desire for growth and learning has led him to hold several positions in different platforms. Today, he holds the role of Community manager within the integrated markets segment. On a daily basis, he has the privilege of leading and influencing a team of nearly 40 employees representing 3 retail branches.

With his passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion, he has proudly contributed for the past few years as co-lead of the RBC Mosaic employee resource groups in Quebec.
