Born in Bolivia, Guillermo Uria Santander holds degrees both in Political Science and Law as well as a Master’s Degree in Law from the Université de Montréal.

Perfectly trilingual, his academic trajectory has has included experiences in many locations, amongst them Argentina, Mexico and Japan.

He is a lawyer in the large Canadian law firm Norton Rose Fullbright. A passionate lover of cinema and music, he’s very happy to join the Board of the Ensemble Obiora.
