We are committed to democratizing music, promoting cultural diversity and enriching the repertoire and musical education of all cultural communities, for present and future generations. We're opening the doors of classical music to audiences who never dared to venture in before. Your contribution and support will inspire them, and perhaps inspire new vocations. 

Since August 2021, Ensemble Obiora has given more than 10 concerts, taking part in major festivals such as Virée Classique (two years running) and Ottawa Chamberfest.

In 2022-2023, Ensemble Obiora reached out to over 400 students aged 5 to 17. Thanks to its mediation activities, these young people were able to learn to play the violin free of charge, join in a participatory concert with musicians from the ensemble, and discover composers whose extraordinary music is still under-performed.
